PROFILE
A singular coffee from the fertile lands of Sumatra, an Indonesian island renowned for the richness of its coffee-growing terroirs. This coffee thrives in volcanic soils rich in minerals, which deeply nourish the coffee trees and allow them to produce dense beans with remarkable aromatic complexity.
Processed using the Honey method, where part of the mucilage (the pulp of the cherry) is retained during drying, this coffee gains texture and vibrancy while showcasing the unique character of the Indonesian terroir. Its spiced cinnamon nose announces a cup full of character. On the palate, a burst of lemon zest and green-apple acidity bring freshness and energy, resulting in a profile that is at once lively, bold, and refined.
