Shipping in Canada

We ship across Canada and to select locations in the United States.

Free Shipping

The free shipping offer applies to all orders with a total weight greater than 3 pounds. Orders shipped to the United States always have a flat shipping fee of $15.95 CAD.

Delivery Times

All our products are prepared and shipped from the city of Sherbrooke one or two business days after your order is placed. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes one to two business days. To learn more about delivery times for your region, please visit the Canada Post website.

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Your order will then be fully refunded.

Your coffee is always better when it’s well served, and that includes through our online store: the satisfaction of your cup is at the heart of what we do. However, mistakes can happen.

Note that we do not accept any exchange once the parcel has left our roasting center.
