Good old one

Always back to this one, strong but also balance, pretty good as espresso alone, create a hint of chocolate when combining with milk. Stay fresh longer than medium and light roast coffee of the house.

Full bodied, delicious

I was given a bag of Hugo Girard coffee from a friend. I tried it as a 'pour over' and with my aeropress. It was very good brewed both ways. The coffee is rich and full bodied. The beans were glossy (oily), not dried out. I enjoyed each cup of coffee.
