A bright and refined coffee from the Gilchi washing station in the mountainous Murang’a region, at the heart of Kenya. This area, located between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Ranges, is renowned for its rich volcanic soils and high altitude, which foster coffees of exceptional aromatic complexity.
On the nose, delicate aromas of almond and chocolate. On the palate, a coffee with light sweetness, silky roundness, and almost buttery texture. A balanced cup that perfectly illustrates Murang’a’s expertise: expressive yet approachable coffees, both refined and comforting.
