Finca Jauja sits just outside Antigua and is managed by the Zelaya family, fourth-generation coffee growers with over 100 years of experience. Known for their commitment to quality and sustainability, their farms are shade-grown, eco-friendly, and meticulously managed from seed to mill.
This microlot was lightly roasted to highlight flavors of kiwi, stone fruits, guava, and a molasses finish. An exceptionally high-quality coffee.
