COLLAB
At Faro, we believe coffee is more than just a beverage — it’s a moment of connection. That’s why we’re proud to support Juliana and Julien, from the Asomupas and Los Pinos fincas in Colombia, in their Café Mosa project — an inspiring journey rooted in five generations of coffee-growing expertise.
Café Mosa is a family project born in the mountains of Tolima. Juliana, whose father laid the foundation for this coffee-growing tradition, grew up in rhythm with the harvests. Today, she carries on this legacy alongside Julien, her partner in both life and coffee. Together, they share a strong vision: to grow sustainable, high-quality coffee while honoring the producers and their craft.
We’re proud to stand by them in this inspiring journey — including by giving them access to our roasting facilities so they can bring their coffees to life right here at Faro.
Tasting these wonderful coffees means supporting dedicated, hardworking, and passionate producers.
PROFILE
The Borbon Natural, fermented for 120 hours, reveals rich notes of blackberry and cinnamon, with a refreshing citrus finish. Its aromatic profile is both delicate and complex.
For the best experience, we recommend a gentle, slow brew — like Chemex, V60, or pour-over — to fully bring out the finesse of this exceptional coffee.
This coffee is only sold as whole beans in a 250g format.
