Although we rarely talk about it, we support several local causes that are close to our hearts every year.
Local Commitments
Being part of a community and supporting local businesses comes with responsibilities. For Faro, social involvement is a core value, which is why we engage in various ways to contribute to causes and support organizations that are important to us.
The organizations we support
Christian Vachon Foundation
We support the Christian Vachon Foundation to help schools in the Sherbrooke region and offer children from vulnerable backgrounds an equal chance to succeed.
CHUS Foundation
In partnership with Hugo Girard, we created a coffee blend to support the CHUS Foundation, and 50% of the profits from this coffee are directly donated to the organization.
Centre Philou
We created a special coffee blend to support Centre Philou, and 50% of the profits from this coffee are directly donated to the organization.
Moisson Estrie
We offer coffee to be distributed to people experiencing food insecurity. A portion of the donations is also used on site.
