Roasting Center
Production Supervisor
Are you passionate about coffee, do you have leadership skills, and do you enjoy organizing operations as much as getting your hands dirty? Brûleries Faro is looking for a production supervisor to play a key role at its Sherbrooke roasting facility.
Working closely with the management team, you’ll oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, receiving, shipping, quality control, and safety. You’ll also help train and mentor the team while remaining actively involved on the shop floor.

Oven Operators and Packers
Would you like to learn the ins and outs of coffee roasting and play a key role in our production? Brûleries Faro is looking for a versatile, hands-on, early-riser to join its Sherbrooke team.
As a roasting operator, you’ll ensure our roasting oven runs smoothly while helping with various stages of production: packaging, order fulfillment, shipping, and more. This is the perfect position if you enjoy combining physical labor, operating machinery, and problem-solving.
Full-Time Versatile Production Worker
Are you looking for a stable, daytime, weekday job on a team where the days fly by? Café Faro is looking for a full-time day worker to join its roasting facility in Sherbrooke.
Your daily tasks will be varied: preparing orders, bagging coffee, operating machinery, handling materials, making occasional deliveries, and assisting with production. If you’re interested in coffee roasting, you could even be trained to move into that role!

Barista
Are you passionate about coffee and do you enjoy creating wonderful experiences for customers? Café Faro is looking for a barista to join its team! On a daily basis, you’ll prepare coffee and beverages with care, advise customers, and help keep the shop welcoming and lively.
We’re looking for someone who is cheerful, reliable, curious, and a team player. Experience in customer service is required, as is a desire to learn and share our passion for coffee.
