Eligibility Criteria

1. Type of Organization

• Registered non-profit organization (NPO).
• Recognized educational institution.
• Registered foundation or charity.
• Community event with a social, cultural, or sporting purpose.

2. Location

• Priority will be given to organizations located in regions where the company has a presence.
• Projects with a direct impact on the local community are favored.

3. Alignment with company values

Projects must contribute to at least one of the following areas:

• Community Development.
• Education and Youth.
• Food or Food Security.
• Sustainable Development and Environment.
• Health and Well-being.
  

4. Project Impact

Applicants must demonstrate:

• The number of people reached.
• The concrete benefits of the project.
• The intended use of the donation.

5. Visibility offered (not mandatory)

Applications offering visibility may be prioritized:

• Logo on communications.
• Mention on social media.
• Presence at the event.
• Opportunity for tasting or brand activation.

6. Deadlines

• Applications must be received at least 30 to 60 days before the event.

7. Eligible Donation Types

• Coffee beans.
• Ready-to-serve coffee.
  
• Gift cards.
• Financial support.

All applications depend on the remaining donation budget.

Exclusion Criteria

Applications will generally not be considered if they concern:

• Individuals (travel, personal competitions, personal campaigns).
• Political parties or partisan activities.
• Religious organizations with a proselytizing mission.
• For-profit events.
• Private companies.
• Requests received after the deadline.
• Organizations that have not provided the requested information.
