3 tips for drinking the best coffee anywhere, anytime!
Whether you're on the beach or deep in the woods, at -35 degrees Celsius or 20,000 meters above sea level, nothing can stop you from brewing a great cup of coffee. Here are our tips for brewing the perfect cup during your outdoor adventures!
1- Opt for lightweight and easily transportable equipment

Obviously, the less luggage you have when camping, the better. That's why the Aeropress is a top choice when it comes to traveling: its lightness and size make it a preferred method, followed by pour-over brewers like the V60. Both are practical due to their light weight and ease of use: a cup, a filter, ground coffee, hot water, and you're good to go!
If you're an espresso lover, the Italian coffee maker (or Moka pot) is another option for camping. Made of metal, it's durable and weather-resistant.
A French press can also be an interesting option despite its weight. You'll prefer it for car camping where it will be less bulky and less likely to break.
Finally, if you're not in the mood to make your own coffee, canned or bottled cold brew is still the ideal solution. Refreshing and flavorful, this type of brew is perfect after an outdoor activity!
2- Opt for freshly ground meat
Clearly, it's much easier to grind your coffee before you hit the road; however, doing it during your trip will ensure you have the freshest coffee possible. Several coffee grinders designed for easy transport are available, and you can use them at home too!
3- Take the time to brew your own coffee!
Forget instant coffee; there's nothing better than brewing your own coffee on the go. As mentioned above, a multitude of simple and practical brewing techniques are available, so there's no reason not to take advantage of them!
