Faro Summer Contest
OFFICIAL RULES OF THE “Faro Summer Contest”
The “Faro Summer Contest” (the “Contest”) is organized by Faro Roasting Houses (the “Organizer” or “Faro”).
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 23, 2026, at 1:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on July 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Faro, Manoir Hovey, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and any persons residing with them are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To receive one entry into the Contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

Follow Faro’s Facebook or Instagram page;

Follow Manoir Hovey’s Facebook or Instagram page;
-
Like the official Contest post;
-
Share the Contest post;
-
Tag in the comments the person with whom they would like to share the prize.
A limit of one (1) entry per person applies. Multiple, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or non-compliant entry may be rejected.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

A dinner for two (2) at Bistro Le Tap Room at Manoir Hovey, valued at CAD $400;

A Faro gift card valued at CAD $100;
-
Two (2) Faro t-shirts and two (2) Faro caps, with an approximate value of CAD $100.
Approximate total retail value of the prize: CAD $600.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or substituted, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute all or part of the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
Transportation, accommodation, and any other expenses not expressly included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Draw
The draw will take place on July 17, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. (ET) at Faro’s offices located in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
One (1) eligible entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection
The selected participant will be contacted by private message through the social media platform used to enter the Contest or by any other method deemed appropriate by the Organizer within five (5) business days following the draw.
To be declared a winner, the selected participant must respond to the Organizer’s message within seven (7) days of the first contact attempt.
Failure to comply with this requirement, refusal of the prize, or failure to meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and another participant may be selected.
7. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and compliance with the Contest requirements.
Any attempt to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in the disqualification of the participant involved.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, should any event beyond its reasonable control compromise the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Contest.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for:

Lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries;

Technical, computer, network, or social media platform failures;
-
Any damage, loss, or injury arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Faro’s Privacy Policy.
10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Faro and Manoir Hovey permission to use their first name, last initial, city of residence, and any photographs or content related to the awarding of the prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Social Media Platform Release
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Information provided by participants is provided to Faro and not to Facebook or Instagram.
12. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada.
13. Winners List
The winner’s first name, last initial, and city of residence may be obtained by submitting a written request to support@cafefaro.com within thirty (30) days following the draw date.
