Mon nouveau ''go-to'' pour ma cafetière espresso Breville Barista Express. Acidité basse, quoique présente, une belle amertume bien présente même si allongé, saveur plus du côté du chocolat, amandes (très), cuir, bois, etc. Vraiment, meuhyam!
