Profile
A unique coffee from the fertile lands of Sumatra, an Indonesian island renowned for its rich coffee-growing terroirs. This coffee benefits from mineral-rich volcanic soils that deeply nourish the coffee trees, allowing them to develop dense and aromatically complex beans.
Produced using the Honey process, where some of the cherry's mucilage (its pulp) is retained during drying, this coffee gains texture and vibrancy, while expressing the unique character of the Indonesian terroir. The spicy aroma of cinnamon heralds a cup full of character. On the palate, a bright lemon zest and green apple acidity bring freshness and energy, for a profile that is at once lively, bold, and refined.
