Recipe: Chocolate, coconut and espresso mug cake

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes in the microwave!
What you need:
- 50g of dark chocolate (percentage to your liking)
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour (approximately 10g)
- Approximately 10 grams of sliced almonds
- 100g of cooled espresso (for a stronger taste) or 100g of cold brew (for a fruitier result)
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate in a mug in the microwave, 1 minute at maximum power.
- Cut the banana into small pieces and add it to the extracted coffee to your liking. Add the coconut flour and mix gently.
- Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, mix with a fork and then pour everything into an oven-safe mug (microwave or conventional oven… as you prefer!) for 1 minute. Top with the sliced almonds.
