Recipe: Chocolate, coconut and espresso mug cake

What you need:

  • 50g of dark chocolate (percentage to your liking)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour (approximately 10g)
  • Approximately 10 grams of sliced ​​almonds
  • 100g of cooled espresso (for a stronger taste) or 100g of cold brew (for a fruitier result)

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a mug in the microwave, 1 minute at maximum power.
  2. Cut the banana into small pieces and add it to the extracted coffee to your liking. Add the coconut flour and mix gently.
  3. Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, mix with a fork and then pour everything into an oven-safe mug (microwave or conventional oven… as you prefer!) for 1 minute. Top with the sliced ​​almonds.
