A typical third wave coffee, with very pronounced aromas of spices: brown sugar, cinnamon or cardamom aromas, sometimes almost curry. In the mouth, this coffee has a lot of body with a nice roundness, a nice balanced acidity. The after taste is tending to lime.

- Bodum with a ratio of 1/15 to get a full body drink with less water.
