On the nose, this Honey processed coffee tends towards notes of chocolate and ripe fruit (blackberry, raspberry), for a fairly sweet overall impression. In espresso, it is the acidity of intense red fruits that will prevail at the start of the mouth, before giving way to the sweeter aromas evoking chocolate and balsamic. The finish on the palate is tangy.
In filter, it is a tangy and silky coffee, with light notes of lime and red fruits, with a very floral body and a little "winy" side at the end of the mouth.
